About Us

We are a fast-paced digital printing company dedicated to delivering high-quality print solutions to our clients. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Scheduler to join our team. This role is vital to ensuring efficient workflows, timely delivery of projects, and smooth production operations in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

While experience is appreciated, we welcome entry-level candidates who are eager to learn and grow in the dynamic world of digital printing.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain production schedules for digital print jobs based on client orders, equipment availability, and deadlines.
Prioritize and allocate production tasks to ensure the timely completion of projects.
Collaborate with team members, including designers, production staff, and customer service representatives, to communicate schedules and resolve conflicts.
Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in priorities or unforeseen challenges.
Monitor and report on production progress, identifying potential delays and implementing proactive solutions.

Requirements:

Industry Experience: Familiarity with digital print production processes, including small and large format printing, is highly preferred but not mandatory. Candidates with strong organizational and time management skills are encouraged to apply.
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with multiple departments.
- Proficient in time management and capable of juggling multiple priorities.
Technical Knowledge: Experience with print scheduling software or workflow management tools is a plus.
Deadline-Oriented: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.
